If you already have a PlatePal account, the quickest path is to open the app and tap the Feedback tab. Every message goes straight to the team and we read all of them.

What we can help with
- Account access problems (lost password, locked out, lost email)
- Reports of abuse, harassment, or spam from other users
- Feature requests and product feedback
- Bug reports and technical issues
- Privacy questions and data export / deletion requests
- Press inquiries and partnership ideas
What we cannot help with
- Identifying who owns a license plate. PlatePal does not have DMV data. We only know the people who have signed up themselves.
- Removing or contesting actual parking tickets. PlatePal is not affiliated with any city or parking authority.
- Anything outside the scope of PlatePal as a messaging service.
For reporting illegal content
If you encounter messages that are threatening, sexually explicit toward minors, or otherwise illegal, please report them in-app immediately and email us. We escalate serious reports to the appropriate authorities.
